Maxxis Tyres are due to celebrate a successful maiden year in MXGP at the International Dirt Bike Show this weekend.

Following Maxxis’ successful maiden year in MXGP with their brand-new motocross tyre, the MaxxCross MX-ST, performing extremely well, Maxxis are running a competition this weekend to highlight the connection between their top rider, Mattia Guadagnini, and the tyres he won two championships on this season.

The Italian rider rode on Maxxis tyres in the FIM Junior Motocross World Championship and the European Motocross Championship 125cc and came away from both with championship titles, while his team-mate of Maddii Racing, Alberto Forato, finished the European Motocross Championship 250cc in third place, decorating the new MaxxCross MX-ST with three major championship successes in its maiden year of competition.

To celebrate such a spectacular year for the MX-ST, Maxxis will be giving away a brand-new, 2020 model replica of Guadagnini’s Husqvarna TC 125 as part of a competition to be launched at the International Dirt Bike Show 2019.

One lucky winner will be drawn from all entries on Friday 6th December and Maxxis plan to deliver the bike to the winner in time for Christmas.

Attendees of the show can visit the Maxxis stand or to enter.
