RACE SPEC ENJOYS SUCCESSFUL OPEN DAY |
Motocross spares and accessories specialist Race Spec held an open day last Saturday 3rd December 2011, to launch its extended showroom and new mountain bike shop.
2011 World Downhill Mountain Bike Champion, Danny Hart, who proved popular with visitors at the recent International Dirt Bike Show, performed the official opening and former British Cycle Trials Champion Danny Butler put on three Extreme Mountain Bike Show displays. The list of guests also included Neville Bradshaw, Jordan Booker, Lewis Gregory, Luke Hawkins and Liam Garland.
Some 50 Thor MX beanies were snapped up before 10am and, with a steady flow of people traffic throughout the day, a whole hog roast and numerous bacon rolls were consumed.
Commenting on the day, Race Spec boss Dave Watson said; "It was a hectic but thoroughly enjoyable experience for the whole team. We'd like to extend our thanks to the racers, their respective crews and everyone else involved for taking time out to lend a hand."
